Many golf courses are struggling financially and are selling all or portions of the property to a developer. Both the revised golf layout, as well as the new residential areas, must work together in a safe and aesthetic manner. We provide all needed plans along with construction cost estimates and will work with your engineer to ensure a good ‘return on investment‘.
